I'm very happy with this purchase. The battery died on the watch I'd been wearing and I used it as an excuse to see if I could find one I liked better without spending much money. I didn't know that the dials on the face were just decorative, (but that was my fault for not reading the entire description). Despite the comments above, of customers struggling with getting the watch set and fit right, I found it very simple to do both. To set, pull the middle knob out one click for the date and two clicks for the time. To take out links and size the watch, they've sent this yellow tool with a pin and directions. You just push out the pin of the link you want to remove and replace it when you've put it together. Really though, are there that many women out there that don't know how to do that? Look it up on YouTube ladies! Geez, you can do anything yourself these days if you take the time and try! Very happy with the purchase! Would recommend to a friend! ... show more

I have never gotten as many complements on an accessory as I have this watch. It's BEAUTIFUL. It comes with the tools to add and remove links so you can size it perfectly. The ONLY problem I've had is, as you can see in the picture I've lost 2 stones that frame the face. However, considering the price and the fact that I've barely taken it off for 3 months, I'm not really that concerned. Below is my original review. I have now received a 3rd watch, at no cost to me, and it is keeping time beautifully. These watches are so pretty and look very nice in person. I was contacted by a rep for the company, Berg London, who offered to send me the third watch. I told him I would revise my review if it worked correctly. So far the watch is working great. I can say that this is the way customers should be treated and I thank you for that! Their customer service is great! If you have an issue, Berg London will handle it. THANK YOU! I bought one of these about a year ago. It worked for a while then one of the buttons fell off and the jeweler said that caused it to stop keeping time. So I bought a second one because the price was so affordable. Well you get what you pay for. The 2nd watch never kept time correctly. It would lose hours. I took it to the jeweler 3 times and he tried to help but as of today there is nothing he can do. ... show more

Do not buy this watch! First of all I purchased this watch supposedly brand new but it came tarnished as you can see in the photo. Second removing parts of the band to make it smaller are EXTREMELY difficult & you're supposed to use a hammer in order to remove them despite it being a delicate object (makes no sense). Also as shown in the photograph. Third is extremely difficult to change the time and date. The middle button changes the date and time but there are 2 extra buttons which I have no idea what they're used for. Ultimately I decided to return this watch. Upon requesting a return, I was told no need to return the item but you'll be refunded your money. So I figured if I'm stuck with this I might as well try to set it up. WELL....while removing one last clasp the pin went through my finger! I had to got to the ER to remove the tiny pin and get a tetanus shot. I won't post pictures of my finger as they are gorey. In conclusion do not buy. You'll either get a poor quality product or you may need to go to the ER because a pin goes through your finger. As a side not the watch is very heavy and bulky. If you have small (hands or wrists) or delicate looking hands it will look HUGE on you. Just buy something else. ... show more

This is an amazing watch. I love that it fits my thicker wrist and it looks nice. I wear it with casual clothes mostly because I have no occasion to dress up.
