This is a high quality product for a very good price .... it has a wonderful body and while soft won't become limp like the over washed cotton that offered a a quarter the price. That said while we all know that color names are not necessary accurate the do have common meaning and traits, In this case the online photos (which of course can vary) and the name imply a dark gray. It Isn't, it is BRONZE I suggest the manufacture update there color terminology ! It is not anywhere close to even a warm charcoal ,, I will probably be returning the product on this basis. I love this fine quality cotton, very nice and silky. The problem with a large duvet cover, much bigger than a king duvet, is that the duvet slides around a lot. As a result, I've got essentially a bedspread, with a duvet that slides so much half the time I'm only covered with the cover, and the duvet itself has slipped completely on my husband's side of the bed.
