The media could not be loaded. The instruction booklet has no real installation instructions so it is extremely frustrating and took 3 days of attempts to get it right. To adjust the height on the cables, there are small buttons you can push but it isn’t obvious at all and not stated anywhere in the “manual” which is a postcard basically when it should be a booklet. The branches came in scratched in multiple places. But all the stress and scratches are not visible once it’s all installed. It looks like a million bucks. Overall, the product looks good. However, I am disappointed as the product listing and picture shows sockets for 13 bulbs. Product specifically states that. In fact it only contains 12 sockets for bulbs and not the listed 13! Since it was already installed, it is not worth taking down and returning at this point - but be aware it does not come as advertised in the listing. ... show more

I put the chandelier in my bedroom, It is absolutely beautiful. We had no problems in the instillation. We were missing some crystals and I emailed them. They sent them to me and I received them very quickly.

The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful light fixture and well worth the cost. The crystals are clear and stunning. The gold is a nice tone and not “brassy” or cheap looking gold. I gave it 4 stars because the installation was a nightmare for us to watch our 2 handymen fight with for 5 hours. I am glad we didn’t attempt this ourselves and instead paid professionals. Their feedback was that it was difficult to level. Cost us another $400 just to install. Worth it? Yes. 😂 ... show more

I love the chandelier. The only thing I would say instructions are not very clear. Make them more clear with pictures included. The cost price is high it would be nice for you guys to include the light bulbs with the purchase because those bulbs are expensive total of 13.
