I love the chandelier. The only thing I would say instructions are not very clear. Make them more clear with pictures included. The cost price is high it would be nice for you guys to include the light bulbs with the purchase because those bulbs are expensive total of 13.

The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful light fixture and well worth the cost. The crystals are clear and stunning. The gold is a nice tone and not “brassy” or cheap looking gold. I gave it 4 stars because the installation was a nightmare for us to watch our 2 handymen fight with for 5 hours. I am glad we didn’t attempt this ourselves and instead paid professionals. Their feedback was that it was difficult to level. Cost us another $400 just to install. Worth it? Yes. 😂 ... show more

I actually love this chandelier. The cord was a little too high so I had an electrician just a height and I went to mount it but the way my house is built does not support the chandelier so I wasn’t able to hang it but I will have another location soon. I am building complete soon, so it will accompany my new home with absolute poise. I love this chandelier, and it worked fine when we can play the wiring it just wouldn’t be able to withstand. The lack of support beams required. I highly recommend you try this light if you’re looking for the extra pizzazz! ... show more

In fact it only contains 12 sockets for bulbs and not the listed 13! The media could not be loaded. The instruction booklet has no real installation instructions so it is extremely frustrating and took 3 days of attempts to get it right. To adjust the height on the cables, there are small buttons you can push but it isn’t obvious at all and not stated anywhere in the “manual” which is a postcard basically when it should be a booklet. The branches came in scratched in multiple places. But all the stress and scratches are not visible once it’s all installed. It looks like a million bucks.
