Wonderful table and super happy with the purchase + service. First, I Iooked and tried many other portable massage tables. From low end to high end and this was by far was the best bang for the buck that gave more than expected. Service - I commented on all the company sections with specific question about their product and the Luxton team answered in a few hours with a detail message about why their product is better. This sold me based on their prompt CS response and helpful information. Trust is built on great communication in my opinion. Table - shipped in a protected box and paddled, the cover is thick, durable and carries the table with ease, and the table.. Super easy to set up/put down for storage, built with the right wood, bolts, washers, and reinforced in the areas that are going to see high pressure. The extras are a really nice addition and so is the detachable side storage pouch. My favorite part is the foam padding is 5mm and really comfortable. A bit too comfortable I find myself laying on it for work since it is really nice. (I attached pictures of the areas that matter to me when I was purchasing) This is the bottom base, feet, head rest, screws, and paddling. All are good quality and I am not afraid of it breaking on me. Only two gripes is that my headrest/armrest straps are put on off centered, so the arm rest leans to one side a bit more. However, this can be counted by a little moving around. And the “C” head rest is a little to narrow and does not use enough decline in the face portion that my eyes get a little pressured. Overall, 10/10 table that you should consider if you want to get a table that looks, feels, and will last years. ... show more

This massage table is very well made, sturdy and comfortable. I have suffered for many yrs with back & neck problems from multiple injuries & surgery sites that cause pinched nerves, migraines and all over tension, but I have the BEST HUBBY in the world! He bought this table, massage oils and flannel message table sheets for us for Christmas. Massage is so much easier these days with this professional grade table. There is only minor drawback… The first time he disassembled it, it was difficult to fit the arm pads and neck pillow in its designated storage area but other than that it is very easy to assemble and dis-assemble! ... show more

    • Feels like lying on a cement sidewalk
This massage table is beautifully constructed and easy to set up. Maybe it's because it was my first day of use, but after lying face down for 15 minutes , with the face cradle adjusted appropriately, I felt very very uncomfortable and my hips weren't as aligned as they were when I lay down in the first place. Not wanting to be a "princess and the pea" type of consumer, I also tried lying down with my face in the breathing hole area and didn't enjoy any relaxation whatsoever. Ultimately I did place my pregnancy massage cushion on top as a last measure and that made it bearable to lie on. Please note, I am not pregnant, my chiro just recommend the pregnancy cushion for comfort. I am hoping that in time, the table will break in. I absolutely love this table! This is the first big investment I made in my business and it did not disappoint. All of my clients feel very comfortable and secure even for longer treatments. The headrest needs tightening from time to time but is otherwise very secure. Full size sheets fit perfectly, and the table itself is able to be wiped down with an EPA registered disinfectant. The only negative is the case it comes in is very cheaply made. All of the straps have ripped off and there are already areas of the material that are already thinning out. The shoulder strap (before it broke) was very thin and easily bunched up, so it caused my shoulder to bruise. When you unfold the table there is no locking mechanism to keep it unfolded. So I’ve had to ask clients to help me turn it onto its legs. I’ve managed a few times to do it on my own but it certainly wasn’t graceful or easy. I will continue to use the table but can’t wait for the day I am no longer mobile. ... show more
