Only problem is the snake around the outside blocks your phones cellular service as if you’re inside a metal roof building. Zero reception unless connected to WiFi. The 12 Pro Max cellular sensors are located on the top of the phone

Purchased after seeing on tiktok, I was so excited for this, however when it arrived the protective bumper frame did not have the correct button placements such as volume , and lock buttons. I couldn’t not move the volume buttons, it’s as if the case wasn’t made for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The glitter on the back was a STICKER. And while this is a gorgeous case , it wouldn’t protect your phone at all. And the bumper case ? Yeah that wasn’t going to work since I had no access to the buttons.. total disappointment!!!! It’s cute… not even remotely durable and definitely doesn’t protect your phone in any possible way… the worst part though? It messes up your cell reception and wifi connection. I’ve spent 3 days testing this theory after I realized that I all of a sudden had no service, when I typically have at least 2 bars. Looks good, you have to work your way on to put it on. No instructions at all. You have to do it blindly. But after maybe 15 mins I got it on perfectly as possible. But thing is the case blocks out my service of my network. So I got to give 4 of of 5 starts. Works but blocks my network time to time.

First of all, I received what looked like a returned item. Package was torn open and not sealed. All it is, is a sticker for the back of the phone that doesn’t stay on. It has an ugly, heavy metal like frame that does not protect the phone on the front or back. I just tossed it in the garbage.
