I was kinda skeptical about this mattress given I’ve slept on hospital beds when postpartum and I hated them. But I was grasping at straws with what to do with my bed wetter who is 11. I wanted something that gave him back his confidence but also gave me peace of mind with not running through mattresses. So we opted for this and it’s been only a month of having it. We really do love this and it’s actually really comfy/strudy. It doesn’t feel too plush that you sink into the bed. But it also isn’t to firm that you feel like you are sleeping on a fake mattress. My 11 year old go figure has had a solid month of dry nights. So for now we haven’t tested the full on waterproof abilities. But I’m just happy we have something that works. He’s also 115 lbs so if that helps with reference of weight for other people. ... show more

YES! 2 THUMBS UP!! Good quality Best Price Mom stopped complaining of her hips aching since sleeping on this new mattress. Sooo glad that we found this mattress and thought to replace the standard mattress that came with the hospital. It's been 1 year and my 98 year old Mom, (120 lb) has been resting sooo much better since purchasing this mattress. I am so pleased with the quality and the density. We also purchased a " Purple Pillow " and gosh I wish I had done this years ago for her. No more neck oain! The mattress is not as padded as I expected it to be. It does provide some support for someone with a wt of 125 lbs, at most 150 lbs. That's my opinion

After searching and searching for a "hospital" bed mattress for my 91 year old mom (the perfect size, light weight, waterproof) this turned out to be a great value buy. It's been several months now and holding up well. Mom no longer complaining of lower back pain. If I get a year or two out of it I'll just buy another one.
