Well built, a very good quality product. Has 3 different levels of adjustment. Acupuncture bumps are not too intense. How to put together easily: While on knees, stand it on end and then bend the spine board (curving it toward you) into the desired position. Is 100% easier to make adjustments to it this way, than what is shown. It just arrived and haven't used it yet other than resting against it now on the couch as I type this. It fits my back comfortably and my posture is corrected. Will update review once I've had some time to use it. Update: I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THIS HAS ALLEVIATED MY BACK PAIN. Have been using it for about 10 days-at night just before sleep. As a lifelong horsewoman who has lifted well over 100,000 pounds of hay over my lifetime, not to mention all the stall cleaning, I would have back spasms daily plus pain across my back at hip level. Pain could be excruciating. If I now begin to have a spasm I sit on the couch with my back against it and the spasm eases. It had definitely helped the pain I have at hip level also. It takes a few days to learn how to work with it to get what you need released and relaxed--take your time, experiment and BREATHE thru it. I find it so comfortable now, I have fallen asleep on it within minutes of laying back on it. One tip that may help you--when you first lay back on it, keep your hips raised. That will make it less ouchy on your spine and work your core a bit. After a few minutes, relax your hips and let your butt very gradually sink down--ahhh, heaven. One of the best purchases I've ever made. I also recommend a hip belt (available on Amazon) if you have hip/sacro issues. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a rubber backing for those that are unable to use it on the floor. I tried it on the floor, but the arch was too steep. I use it while sitting in a chair, or on the sofa. It allows me to stretch the back muscles by applying pressure in an upright position.

Can't say anything about it's performance. Followed the very minimal instructions. It said to force one end into the slot and then to apply pressure to bend the other end until it could fit into the slot at other end. It added that if not able to do that, it may need to be placed with one end on floor while pushing on the other end in order to soften the board a little. We originally bought this to help stretch out the lower back. I had a lower back injury and along with the effects of working remotely had developed tight muscles and a reduced range of motion. I have tried multiple devices to help with these issues. I am not gonna lie, this #%&@ hurts but it hurts good. You won’t understand until you use it. Depending upon how tight you are it might be hard to relax at first. Once your muscles start to acclimate to the stretch and you can relax you will be able to get a really deep stretch of the spine and back. There are little pressure points all over it that feel amazing after you are able to fully relax. My entire family lines up to use it every night. It will help with your hip flexors as well as lower back. I also stretched out my upper back when I moved down on it. It has 3 levels of torture that you can work your way up to. It is made well and is very durable. The top part comes off for easy storage. If you have lower back tightness, tight hips. tight psoas, poor posture, pelvic tilt, rounded shoulders…I could go on.
