Product is super cool. I had one string that was damaged and when inserting it into the unit it broke. I contacted customer service and within minutes had a response told them what happened and by the next day, head replacement string and some bonus for the inconvenience. This thing is cool for like 30 seconds. You can't use it under anything less than ideal conditions or it gets tangled up. You can't use it while you're moving at all.
