They fit as advertised. A half-size might be a little more comfortable. But I believe they’ll stretch into a nice fit at the size I bought. A half-size up may stretch too much. My feet are wide though so keep that in mind. Inside is cozy and doesn’t get sweaty. The padding inside is supportive and comfortable. The seems durable. I’m not sure how they will hold up outside but I didn't buy them for that purpose. I bought them at a reduced price with a coupon. I feel like I nicked them. I don't usually write reviews, but I used to love these when they were brand new. Nice and comfy, soft, warm. Over the next 3 to 4 months of use on a daily basis, it started to become loose to the point that if I'm not paying attention, they might slip off when I am walking or taking the stairs. Bought these for my boyfriend. He wears a 9.5-10 in shoes so I bought a size 10 in these and they do not fit. They are also difficult to put on so I need to return them. He says they’re very soft and could be comfortable if fit well. I ended up buying a slip-on house slipper which is cheaper.
