This ladder is just the right height and weight. Wish it were a bit sturdier. it could have a support brace that's stronger. It has a tendency to tip left and right if you step up wrong. Overall, like it!

I weigh 210 pounds. The ladder swayed when I used the highest usable rung. It is not easy to move without folding which itself is not easy. Would suggest looking for a better product.

    • It is a nice ladder, but I think it should have sturdier brackets, it is a little shaky.

I like the steps, nice and wide to stand on. I feel the brackets need to be a little thicker, to hold it sturdier, when getting down. I use it for painting.

Mine is unsteady and I’m super sad! Researched tons of ladders and finally chose this one. It had good reviews and people specifically stated how sturdy and steady it was. A few negative reviews complained about it, but I hoped I’d be one of lucky “non wobblers”. My ceilings are 10 feet and was so happy to read about it’s features. I have severe arthritis and I like everything about it, except for feeling like I might tip over when using it. 😄 Kind of important for me. Anyway, there’s now way I can get it into my car, plus nearest FedEx that does Amazon returns. So, I guess I’ll just give it to somebody younger with better bone density and keep searching for one I can use. Like I said, mine was probably one of the few “rejects”, lots of people seem super happy with it. ... show more

I brought this product because of the railing on the sides. It is a great product for senior citizens to feel safe climbing a ladder. It appears to be very sturdy. I had to consult with customer service and their customer service is excellent.

The steps give when standing on them. Only 200 lbs. this stated for up to 330 lbs. so not very sturdy. Easy to put together. Pretty light weight
