UPDATE: I spoke with the company and they responded about what could possibly have been the issue. When I say I was embarrassed as a tech savvy person… The remote had to be reset. That’s it. It took 3 seconds. 🤦♂️ If the same thing I described happens to you, reset the remote with the button. XL Twin size bought 8-23. Bought for my roommate who needed an adjustable bed. When it arrived, it required some assembly which I was able to do alone (though not recommended). The assembly was easy and fairly quick. Within an hour it was unpacked and assembled. One of the usb hubs was damaged when received so I contacted the manufacturer. We have 2 sets of these beds. We've had them for about 4years. Most comfortable bed that I've ever slept on. The base/frame is very heavy,sturdy steel. The frame will last forever. I would recommend these beds to anyone looking to buy a new bed.
