We bought this mattress as an upgrade for our rv. We bought the plush and it is surprisingly very similar to our $5,000 luxe tempur at home. If I knew it was that comfortable, we probably would have just bought this instead of spending all that money for our home bed as well. I would absolutely give five stars, but we have been using the mattress for over a week and it still smells like a dead fish. The smell is finally starting to diminish but it was quite nauseating the first few nights on it, and that was after airing it out for three days before even using it. I had got the 10" firm but I was still sinking in so I returned it and got a 6" instead. I put a board in between the bed frame and mattress which made it even firmer which I absolutely love. Very comfortable for my taste.

I was pretty bummed out when I unwrapped this thing and gave it at least 24 hours to puff up and it didn't go past 12 inches on one side 13 in on the other. Yes, really! I have another lucid product. Same exact mattress 14. In and it's clearly almost 14 and 1/2 15. That was purchased a year ago. So what's happened over the past year?? If you're going to ship someone a 14-in mattress make please sure it's 14 in because they may just have a split king like myself and needed to replace one of my mattresses. I can't do a 14-in one side of my bed and 12 or 13 on the other side of my split king. That's not going to look good. I did try to reach out to lucid. I've never even heard back from them. They didn't even bother to reply. They're a very comfortable mattress. I've never had an issue with overheating. I'm really bummed out. I put in for a return immediately. I still have all the packaging and the box. All Amazon would do is offer me $130 off the price of the mattress that I can't use. I told them that's not going to be good enough because I paid close to $400 for a 14-in. They agreed and said they'd have someone reach out to me in 2 hours for a pickup. It's been 24 hours and I haven't heard a word. Guess I'll be doing my leg work just to return this mattress that clearly wasn't 14 in. You live and you learn. Now I'm screwed because I have a 14-in lucid that's a year old and I can't get another 14 in for the other half of my split king. Woe is me. ... show more
