    • Steamer cracked on 2nd use
The steamer cracked where the hose ataches during the 2nd use.Also, the part at the bottom of the lid of the steamer completely broke and had fallen into the water tank again during the 2nd time I used the sauna. I started to disassemble the tent to pack it for returning the sauna and found spots of rust already on the metal rods. I expected a bit better quality for a $300 product. ... show more

We've been wanting to have a sauna at home, and this one is good. It is portable and can be placed anywhere. It was easy to assemble, the fabric is thick and can hold the heat well. Does the job well for a portable home sauna. The parts could be better fabricated though. After using for a month approximately 4x a week the plastic handle for the lid broke off due to the deterioration from the heat and I had to file a claim to replace. The unit itself works well and I was getting a good sauna session and began looking forward to it as part of my routine. Just wish the lid was made from something sturdier/heat resistant than just hard plastic. Will continue to use though until something more long term comes into play after I get my replacement. ... show more

If you buy this one use the protection plan!!! I guess… dead in less than six months was set up indoors. No warranty; No product help.

I love this unit. My hubby thought this would be something I would love also because I am always cold and love a good steam shower to warm up. He was not wrong. I love using this almost every day to get a good steam. It was easy to set up and use. I got the bigger unit because I get claustrophobic, and it helps having a little more room. This is so easy to assemble and highly effective. I will say that the chair that comes with it is flimsy and isn’t really made for a larger person but aside from that this is a great investment. Health is wealth.
