I’m so far, very happy with my sauna. Seems to be good quality and was fairly simple to put together. Not sure how well it would be out the the rain but great under my patio. Love the quick heat up feature and glad I spent the extra for it.

The people who contacted me about delivery and the delivery drivers were all very polite and professional. I was impressed with how well the three cartons were packed and the quality of the product. Nice workmanship. I tried to put the unit together myself, but the roof was just too heavy. Definitely a two person job. Took me about a day and a half to complete the job and this included integrating my deck railing to the unit. I had already built the foundation. The instruction book is very straight forward and fairly easy to follow. I would give this 5 stars, but I precut my railing according to the dimensions listed for this unit. Not even close. About 4” difference between the ad description and the actual width. I turned on the unit to be sure I had plugged in all the electrical connections correctly. At first one would think buying a $2,800 outdoor Suana online and that needed to be assembled was a risky proposition. But we took at face value what the seller/manufacture said about its product all of which was more than true. First, assembly was very easy. It was all interlocking components and did not require any tools. My wife and I put it together in about an hour or so, in nine easy to follow steps. We did not have an outdoor electric outlet where we wanted to place it, so we had an electrician pre-install an outlet on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. We plugged it in and it works like a dream. The control panel is easy to use and intuitive. It heats to full 149 degrees Fahrenheit in about 20 minutes. The infrared and interior lights are perfect. The bluetooth double speaker sound system is surprisingly high end. The wood smells delicious. And the seller/manufacturer is totally responsive in answering questions. ... show more

This is great!. Got here much earlier than expected (or estimated). Came in three boxes on a pallet. The freight company rolled it right into my garage. All boxes were in perfect condition. Super well packed. It was very easy to setup (you need two people to do it safely). Everything works as described. The Bluetooth speakers sound great. We are very happy with the purchase. We got the Mohagany and its beautiful and smells great too. Ours, as you see, is outside but under our awning near the pool. I hope it will last a long time. I recently purchased this outdoor infrared sauna for my wife. The unit arrived in three large, flat boxes via FedEx Freight. Following the instruction manual, the sauna was fairly easy to assemble. Once plugged in, the sauna powered up and worked has advertised, including the Bluetooth interface. Other than the small stickers on the wood screw bag, there is no mention of or directions for installing the wood screws in the instruction manual. To install, some disassembly will now required to install per the sticker notes. I also noted that the lower wood edge of the gable is not finished, which would result in rainwater soaking into the wood over time. Since the panels are fairly large, I would also suggest that the panels be labeled to make the assembly easier for a first-time owner. ... show more
