We are so happy with our purchase of this sauna. The ultra low EMF is what caught my attention and we were also looking for a sauna that could be placed outdoors. Not all of them can be. This one checked all of the boxes. Delivery was made within one week with exceptional communication from the delivery company and the seller. Set up was easy and it works great! Infrared saunas help my arthritis very much. And it gets all the nasty toxins out of our bodies. The Bluetooth speakers are very nice as I put on my audiobook and just sit and listen. I’m so far, very happy with my sauna. Seems to be good quality and was fairly simple to put together. Not sure how well it would be out the the rain but great under my patio. Love the quick heat up feature and glad I spent the extra for it.

My wife and I like the sauna however it did come with two of the lights not functioning. If the seller could replace those for me it would be a five star purchase.

This is great!. Got here much earlier than expected (or estimated). Came in three boxes on a pallet. The freight company rolled it right into my garage. All boxes were in perfect condition. Super well packed. It was very easy to setup (you need two people to do it safely). Everything works as described. The Bluetooth speakers sound great. We are very happy with the purchase. We got the Mohagany and its beautiful and smells great too. Ours, as you see, is outside but under our awning near the pool. I hope it will last a long time. I was nervous to spend the $4k not knowing much about saunas. A year or two down the road could scare me if I start to experience issues. But for now I’ve owned my redwood sauna for a couple months and everything has worked perfectly. There are some areas that I feel a draft but I’m sure I can fix that if I really want. It doesn’t seem to affect the temperature. I even think I enjoy the infrared sauna over the traditional. I sweat like crazy. I’m a pretty small dude too and the 2 person is tight. I would consider going bigger if I had to do all over but there are pros and cons to both. I’m 5’7” and weight 165 athletic build and two of me wouldn’t definitely be intimate. So keep that in mind. But the look is awesome and durability keeping it outside has not been an issue yet. ... show more

At first one would think buying a $2,800 outdoor Suana online and that needed to be assembled was a risky proposition. But we took at face value what the seller/manufacture said about its product all of which was more than true. First, assembly was very easy. It was all interlocking components and did not require any tools. My wife and I put it together in about an hour or so, in nine easy to follow steps. We did not have an outdoor electric outlet where we wanted to place it, so we had an electrician pre-install an outlet on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. We plugged it in and it works like a dream. The control panel is easy to use and intuitive. It heats to full 149 degrees Fahrenheit in about 20 minutes. The infrared and interior lights are perfect. The bluetooth double speaker sound system is surprisingly high end. The wood smells delicious. And the seller/manufacturer is totally responsive in answering questions. ... show more

I will update this review if something changes here. Received my Sauna, installation was pretty easy. But once everything was set up, it is NOT working as expected. mine is installed outside as it's advertised as being an outdoor Sauna. it is quite cold here right now, but it is advertised as temperature up to 149 degrees. mine has to run for over an hour to heat up and get to 113 degrees. then can be another hour for it to creep up to 120 degrees at max. this is not hot enough for a sauna experience. and not as advertised. The two heat panels low down under the benches seem to be warm at best, and the lower area of the sauna is actually chilly (the temp sensor is in the roof) if you sit down your legs actually feel a draft and not hot at all. the biggest problem here is that i tried to contact the seller through Amazon support, left two messages to the seller and have had NO RESPONSE. called Amazon directly today and they are trying to reach the seller. but also said as they are in China they might not be able to respond to the messages. I am left with a $4000+ purchase that does not work as advertised. i want to talk to the seller for any advice, maybe the lower panels are not working? but proving impossible to get a response. I wish i had not wasted $4000+ and had bought from a seller i can talk to at a retailer and not Amazon. ... show more

This is a nicely made backrest for your sauna. Fit and finish is very good, and the contour is pretty nice as well. My biggest complaint is that it wants to slide too easy and not hold that leaned angle. I will end up modifying it a bit with spacers on the bottom so it will stay in place.
