This unit is incredible. It will deliver 100's per day. The cylinder provided will not work. Order one from Abco Research available from symbian.com. They have all the supplies you will need such as sleeves and liners. You will also need a water-based lube such as Astroglide available from Amazon.

    • Made poorly, mine broke, and it's not worth the money.
Worked okay, but then broke the second week I used it. Kind of a waste of money. Wasn't the most intense feeling ever, and the product feels cheaply made. The fact they don't sell replacement parts should be a very good indicator of what you're getting in to before you buy it.

Product works good until I’m close to exploding at that point the device doesn’t stay on my D and pushes me out of the tube. I have also noticed after a months use it’s starting to make a squeaky noise that was not there before. Otherwise it’s a decent device.

    • Sucks, But Not In A Good Way...
The product has a pump that sucks and blows to feature the stroke motion. However the blow stroke is more powerfull and longer duration than the suck stroke. So it seems as if it's shooting off like an air rocket. If you are well endowed it shouldn't fly off but for the lesser crowd you have to use the hose as a lasso to keep it in place. The machine also has a bunch of air leaks and relief valves for no reason if the goal is equal dual stroking motion. Not worth the investment and not at all a hands free device unless you rig up some type of guide and retaining system. ... show more

works like a charm. Its a little loud and sometimes it is hard to get the inner sleeve to fit around the edges at first. Still experimenting with different settings but would definitely buy again

    • The pump tubes are not big enough for my big penis.
This product to me doesn't have good suction power. And the penis tubes are not made for a big penis like i have. It would be better to have the option for longer&wider tubes for guy's that have a bigger penis. The pump needs to have more suction to.
