EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING ... Despite what all the info, description, and box claim, this particular model ***DOES NOT HAVE ANY SUCTION MODES*** .... It's the complete opposite. In order to stay inside, you basically have to grip and press the device very hard against yourself with both hands, otherwise you'll slip right out of it. Another major downfall, this thing is HUGE and HEAVY. And, the heating is barely even noticable. If you want suction, go with the "Milker Intense 13x" model.
