This is my first lounge fly and Cinderella has always been my favorite Disney character so of course I had to get this one. The characters are adorable, so much detail, I love the characters. Update: changing review to 4 stars based on Amazon’s great customer service. We will reorder and hope the next one will be just as great as everyone else’s! We purchased this bag a little over a month ago to prepare for our Disney trip. I’ve just begun my 3rd day of wearing it at Disney and the strap is breaking and splitting. Amazon is saying they can’t help because we are 3 days past our return window date. They asked me to review here so the seller will contact me to resolve the issue. The bag itself is adorable.
