As a first time mom I will say this stroller is very easy and not heavy. Fits in my trunk very well and when on the go it doesn’t take more than maybe 2 minutes at the most to put together, when storing away it’s just a two button click/hold and it’s ready to be stored. Only thing I would say is the sun shade cover isn’t as long but other than that Love it. ... show more

Customer service great! I reached out a couple of time and they were quick getting back to me. Two main CONS of it are ; 1. The handrail is not adjustable and is a quite low, I’m 5’3 and I still find it short. 2. The brake rail is also too low , I keep tripping when walking. Also, when folding the sleeping basket needs a safety feature to keep it from unfolding back when holding with one hand. I need to carry it with both hand when folded. ... show more
