I bought these lights from Amazon six months ago, and overall, they've served me well. One thing that impressed me was the seller's commitment to standing behind their product when I encountered an issue. That kind of customer service is always a plus in my book. However, after using them for a while, a few drawbacks have become apparent. Firstly, they have a tendency to slant as the soil dries out, especially in shallower pots. This can be a bit frustrating as it affects the uniformity of light distribution. Secondly, if you're someone who likes to water your plants in the sink, be prepared for your plants to be tethered to the outlet. The short cord length might pose a limitation in such situations. Lastly, if you're planning to use a smart plug with these lights, be aware that they don't turn back on by themselves when the power is cycled. This could be an inconvenience if you rely on automation for your lighting schedule. Despite these issues, I still think these lights are good for what they are. I’ve been using 2 of the 3 plants lights for almost two months. They are sturdy and convenient, and the usb cord is a good length. The one issue I’ve had is that the wall adapter for both lights burned out after 6 weeks. I swapped them out for some extra phone charger wall adapters I had on hand & the lights continue to work just fine. My plants are growing well under these. ... show more

I started using this light at the beginning of February. I love the automatic on/off and the different brightness settings. Had an issue with the provided adapter, had to get a replacement, but the light itselfis still working great. The company was very responsive and easy to work with.

The light is very well designed with multiple features including adjustable height, a timer and various light settings, as well as being quite inexpensive. Plus it is visually appealing! My daughter bought me a Venus Fly Trap which came with many instructions for its care, one of which was to provide the proper spectrum of lighting for it or it would die very quickly. The instructions listed the light that was required in “wattage”, and according to the wattage it stated the proper distance that should be between the plant and the light. I emailed the company to ask what wattage my light was, and they responded right away and were very helpful! I will definitely use this company for all of my plant lighting needs! ... show more

    • Timer Not Working After 2 Weeks

*UPDATE* I am leaving my prior review below, but adding an update. The company reached out and sent me a new set of three lights, and they truly do work. They don't get hot like the others, they are bright, and for a week the timers have been working properly. I am very happy with the new ones and the excellent customer service. *PRIOR 1 STAR REVIEW* (1) The Timer: I enjoyed these lights, for two weeks. Since then the timer stopped working. I have tried figuring it out for the last week, but they have gone rogue. They either stay on constantly, or turn off then turn back on randomly. I read a different review that warned of this, thought I would take my chances, but now I regret it. (2) The lights get dangerously hot. Specifically, the boxes that plug into the wall must be made from a very cheap material because they actually burned my skin to the touch. I was scared of a fire, so I swapped all the boxes with extra ones that I have at one and plugged the USB into those instead. Now the temp is fine, but cost me 3 boxes to make it work. ... show more
