I’m a single mother of twin three-year-olds, and these loops basically changed my life when I got them in the mail. I recently learned that I’m neurodivergent, and that was why I would get so overstimulated/overwhelmed so easily while trying to parent. It’s exhausting, if you’re a parent you get it. But these? I was pretty suss about these, but they are so worth the money. I can hear what my kids are saying when they talk, I can hear what they’re doing if they’re in another room, they’re comfortable and have four different sizes in total, the size they come with attached is medium. I have small ears, so I messed with xs and s. I bought the clear colored ones, and I love them—I’m self-conscious about what other parents and people think, and I don’t want them to think I have earbuds in or something. No one hardly ever notices when I wear them. They really do work as expected, worth every penny. Unfortunately my kids got a hold of my set, so I need to buy another set! Whoops! These are so perfect for an overstimulated mommy or anyone that’s sensitive to noise and doesn’t have control of their environment. Pros: -quick and easy to pop in -the rose color is a good skin tone for certain people -reduces the volume of noise without feeling too muffled -I can hear a lot more detail than I expected, especially when you still want to be very sound aware as a mom. - I often times sleep with these in. They do not bother me at all and are very comfortable. but I do wake up with them out my ears sometimes. Cons: -the case is tiny! I’ve lost them several times but found them again. I had to put a keychain on them to add some body and weight to the case Addressing other’s issue -it’s natural that when plugging your ears, your own voice and head sounds are going to be magnified. If the goal is to avoid that then you need to get earplugs specifically made to minimize the “occlusion effect”. These are not that type of earplugs even though I think they’re being advertised as such. ... show more

My overall thoughts: this is that it’s not for everyone. (+) They are stylish, block out a lot of noise, and are very discreet. (-) The cons are that I could not tell the volume of my own voice. I could hear myself, chewing, yawning, and Grinding my teeth. I think these loops will work for a lot of people. They just weren’t for me. I am on the autism spectrum and I have some sensory issues. I first used these at home to see how clear they are without noise surrounding me. I didn’t feel much of a difference than I would with regular earplugs. However, these are the most comfortable earplugs that I have worn and when walking around, they were pretty discreet, and I was told that you can’t see them at all unless you are really looking. I have a lot of piercings and a piercing which fit comfortably in my ear as well. At first, I was concerned that I had the wrong size of earplugs in. I was using a small and went down to an extra small. When I changed the size, I didn’t feel like my ears were plugged as much or suctioned. The hustle and bustle around me was quite muted. We went into a busy restaurant and also walked around near a highway and railroad track. I felt like that helped however, I could hear myself chew, I wasn’t able to adjust my volume to the volume around me. I also could not tell how loud or quiet I was. Which I feel is pretty typical with even regular headphones or earplugs however, if I’m wearing this for an extended period of time, I don’t want to either be speaking too loud, or be speaking where people cannot hear me. My people couldn’t hear me because I felt like I was being too loud. When in reality I was speaking very quietly in a crowded space. I could hear my own voice clearly and it was kind of weird. I don’t think I can adjust to that. I tried putting my finger over the loop as it was in my ear and it Did sound different than if I was not touching the loop. Sometimes it sounded like there was white noise. All in all, these are not bad. But I sort of think that they are overhyped because they look good. Don’t get me wrong. I love the look! And I think this will work for some people. I would like to try out the other types to see if it makes a difference. I was recommended these for my daughter by her therapist as an alternative for noice canceling headphones. They are amazing! She can wear them at school and no one knows she has them in. They lessen the noise around her significantly so she can focus on her teachers and get her work done. They fit securely and discreetly in her ears and are easy to remove and the clear color leaves them unnoticeable to others which she likes. ... show more
