For the price, I think this is a really good couch. The bottom cushions are really comfortable, the back cushions are a little thin, but pretty cozy and you can easily add a pillow. The only 'unsturdy' thing we've noticed is the back support (the metal frame behind the back cushions) has a bit of play in it. So it will give a little and crack and creak if you sit down a little too hard. So, here's hoping that it doesn't become an issue later on. Putting the couch together was pretty simple, they even gave some extra screws which was thoughtful. There's a little space underneath to store stuff or be a play-place for cats, haha. I like that the arm rests are flat -- I can easily set my phone on them and it won't slide off. The ottoman has storage inside and it can velcro (underneath) to the couch so it won't slide away. The lid of the ottoman does not have a hinge. The back cushions also velco on, the bottom cushions do not. Also note: Our couch was delivered in one box. The cushions were vacuum sealed and we almost thought we were missing one because it only came it two bags, but one back had 2 of the cushion in it! So make sure you double check before thinking something is missing. Overall, it was a great experience buying our first couch online. It's not the best couch in the world, but we can't afford something super expensive right now and this is going to work absolutely great. ... show more

It’s sturdy and comfortable! It was easy to put together and looks stylish. I was not expecting much from this couch but I am pleasantly surprised. We purchased a low cost couch because we knew we would be moving shortly and probably would not be taking any furniture, but still needed something functional to sit on. This product is great for my small apartment ! you definitely get what you pay for, it’s pretty comfy but the back cushions are a bit thin. the sofa also sits a bit low but overall i like it! super easy to put together too. EDIT: after having this couch for a few months it is absolutely destroyed. i washed the covers a few times as instructed and hung them to dry and they no longer fit the couch. the couch is super lumpy and uncomfortable and the covers have ripped from being stretched over the now lumpy cushions. it was okay while it lasted and you can’t expect much for the price. ... show more

The couch by itself is fine. Good enough for my one bedroom apartment. The big issue for me was trying to build the ottoman. On the frame, the holes for the screws were in the wrong place, pretty much making it impossible to build. Only reason I’m not as upset is because it wasn’t the actual couch, but overall pretty poor, cheap design. (Update: Seller was willing to send me new parts for the ottoman so that it would build properly. I appreciate them making things right.) ... show more

Great couch - it is exactly what I was trying to pay for - the price is excellent. It’s not Broyhill, but it is rugged, compfy, and fits the space and the need perfectly. I have limited access to my basement and the shipping box it arrived in was perfect. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to assemble, but everything went together perfectly. No issues. They seem decent from a distance. The cushions are ok but they’re wrapped in thin webbing that tears. The back cushions are filled with chopped foam, the covers aren’t machine washable, the seat cushions/slide out from the back/do not stay in place, the backs don’t stay velcroed, the frames slide apart no matter how much you tighten them, the frames squeak. Bought this sofa for a small studio apartment. It fit perfectly and is true to the size in the description. Color is exactly as advertised and could look good in pretty much any space. You definitely get what you pay for on this one though. Pros: Good value for the price - honestly expected it to be cheaper quality for what we paid. Pretty easy to put together - we did it with 2 people in under 30 minutes Cons: The pillows have very little padding. We went to Michael’s and bought Poly-fill stuffing to supplement the stuffing it came with. Highly recommend as it greatly improved the comfort of the sofa (putting the stuffing in takes some patience but is very worth it). Not the most stable - back of sofa wiggles a bit, but it’s been 2 months and hasn’t had any problems. ... show more
