Wonderful coat! Couple of notes… 1.) Colors: I ordered the Covert & British Khaki. Took photo to help compare… Clock-wise from the top left: an actual WW2 British canvas pack, vintage Burberry classic trench, this London Fog in British Khaki, and this London Fog in Covert. The “Covert” is right in the middle between grey and a dark green (really nice blend) and the “British Khaki” is essentially brown/coffee. 2.) Quality: Truly not much different than a Burberry. Finish work / stitching is excellent. The lining has a nice little puff with a high quality zipper. Warm enough for mild New England winter days. A+ 3.) Sizing: a little wonky. I ordered the two coats in a 38S but there is a notable difference in sleeve length + shoulder width. One felt like a whole size bigger, despite both being labeled 38S. Today’s selection of London Fog women’s coats is dismal so I tried this out of desperation; this men’s coat is FAR superior in every way. I’m a 5’4” chickadee and the 38S fits like an extra boxy women’s L/XL. Highly recommended to all. Well worth it’s price tag and then some. ... show more

This is the trench coat that I have been looking for without breaking the bank. I went with blue as a change in color from tan or black The fit was to size (48-R). I prefer to purchase one size up to ensure that coat fits properly over my suits. Liner is easy to install or remove depending on weather.     • Full-length classic trenchcoat, even better than my old one
This is the full-length, which reaches below the knees - just like what Bogie would wear. My old London Fog was worn out after close to 20 years. I was still getting compliments while it was missing an epaulet, not mention a couple of buttons! I couldn't find what I wanted in brick-and-mortar, mail-ordered it. The new one has a softer fabric, with less obvious water-resistant finish. The removable liner is slightly greyer than the dark navy coat, but it works perfectly. The size 48 London Fog fits perfectly, like my old size 48 LF and my new size 50 sports jacket. It's a thing of beauty. ... show more
