My product arrived in a broken box. It turns out not only did it have missing pieces but there was a broken piece as well. The directions are awful and very, very, very confusing!!! I had the good sense to substitute parts for the missing ones and got it put together. The bottom of it is open leaving chance for dust, dirt and animals (cats etc) access to crawl into it. The way the bars are installed to hang your clothes are flimsy at best. I would not buy this science project if I were you!!!! ... show more

Item is wonderful. Lightweight and spacious. Putting it together however is another story. The instructions called for one letter but you needed a different one to connect the tubes. After some brainstorming it came together. I would buy again because it is good but won't read instructions
