I love the new Logitech MX Mechanical keyboards, including this one. This keyboard integrates with the iMac 24" very well, with no connectivity issues on Bluetooth at all, very solid connection. Which brings up the fact that this keyboard does not come equipped with the Logitech Bolt USB dongle, as does its brother, the MX Mechanical. However, I have had zero issues, or delayed start up, while using the BT connection on this keyboard. The quality is very high, well made, and I really like the keycap material and feel. Typing is excellent, although this keyboard is equipped with "tactile" key switches, while very nice, do not have a "clicky" experience, but is more like Cherry MX brown type switches, with a tactile bump, but not really much of a click. Others have mentioned that they are somewhat stiff in operation, while I find them about average. I waited for this "Pale Gray" color way, and I love it. Not a huge fan of the darker/bi color keycaps of the original. I have had no issues with the key backlighting, as some have mentioned, mine works very well, and the key caps are very well, and uniformly lit, Logi did a great job here. It also has all the Apple/Mac keys you would want, including for display brightness, and key cap brightness, and the usual, volume up/down/play/pause. Nicely laid out, and easy to find everything. I find myself very much enjoying typing on this keyboard. It's like the keyboard that Apple should have made! Not a fan of the very short travel Magic keyboard keys. this is my second time buying mechanical keyboard and i love it been using this for several months and i have no regret buying this love the clickyness on this keyboard, not too much and not too low sound just about right amount ofcourse for productivity its better to use low key non mechanical mx keyboards but the feel of this mechanical is really something different only down thing is that logitech doesnt sell individual key replacement for these to customize or fix later on ... show more

    • Great keyboard, with annoying connectivity lag

I chose this keyboard to replace my aging G Pro TKL keyboard, whick I loved for coding, but I wanted an even more compact layout to minimize the travel distance between keyboard and mouse/pad, and make even easier to switch between work and personal laptops as I also try to reduce cable clutter. This keyboard has fit the bill pretty well. The computer switching is easy, and I love how compact and clutter free my desktop is now. Although I have to say the low profile keys are not as satisfying to type on as the full height ones, but I am still ok with the compromise. The only, but super annoying , issue I have is the typing lag when the keyboard goes to sleep, say when I am in a zoom meeting, and then when I start trying to type notes, nothing happens, then a have to wait as couple of seconds for it to reconnect and start again. Hopefully this will be fixed/improved in a future firmware update. ... show more

I have been working full-time from home for 6+ years, this is the most impressive keyboard I have purchased. The battery life has lasted me 4 months from 1 full charge cutting it off when not in use. The quality of the construction is as good as it gets and the feel and responsiveness of the keys is spot on. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend. I tried using this for an entire work day and it was an infuriating experience. The strange key placement has me hitting the up arrow when trying to use Shift and the Home button in place of Delete. The Caps lock indicator is a flashing key instead of a persistent light, which is nonsense. The keys feels mushy, imprecise, and cheap. I keep getting random strange characters in the middle of words. Just very very difficult to type accurately with this mushy thing. Returned it for something better. ... show more

Love the tactile feedback on this. Delightful to type on, and love the fact that it's a low-profile mechanical keyboard – perfect for avoiding wrist strain. I've been using it daily for months, battery life is excellent (2-4 weeks without backlighting). Occasionally I get some Bluetooth connection issues where the keyboard goes to sleep mode if i haven't typed on it for 5 seconds, but easily fixed with a quick Mac restart.
