The shirt is very stylish and the fabric doesn't feel cheaply made. The fit isn't stretched with no unkempt lining to make you believe it to be a budget fashion shirt. Overall, you feel good knowing you won't see a ton of these out on the street. The colors pop and will draw decent attention if worn in confidence. I personally would highly recommend it. I like this shirt - not many men wear this style of deep plunging more bold open V style with Roman-eque collar (with a nice internal offset color inside of neck and on lower short sleeve edge). It gets warm attention and notice from the young people and some "you got to be joking old man" looks from the jealous pot bellied older peers who could not fit into a "muscle shirt". Worth the entertainment value alone to strut into a social venue wearing these and looking great with a style that is not worn by everyone else and rarely seen. The length does shrink on first wash. One has to be diligent in ironing the collar out nice and flat after washing but its quite nice a fit - especially if you are athletic and have good traps and delts. Tailoring quality control is a little off in one of my two shirts but not terrible in the least. One of my shirt sleeves kind of puffs out slightly around one of the upper shoulder seams but its not bad looking. I just prefer a very athletic trim and uniform tunic-fit all over. After washing it that puffy area pulled in better and looks good and the cavalier look is kind of cool actually. The lower tails are offset in length slightly front to rear (1/2" delta) with a side-notch - which is a nice looking style if you want to wear them outside of pants. Plenty long enough in tails for me in size medium (5'10" tall) to wear tucked in without popping out or bunching up in the rear. We shall see how they wear and hold up with age. But at this price I will be happy if I get a good 1-2 year's wear before anything degrades in color or fit. ... show more

I bought several of these shirts - Seven large short-sleeve and five large long-sleeve (various colors) . The material is soft and not thin, but not too heavy. The material is more on the thick side. It does stretch a bit as you would think a cotton-spandex blend would. I like the style and the collar looks cool. Some reviews I read said that the collar flops down after washing. Mine did not do that. However, the shirt I machine-washed did shrink a bit. I hand-washed in cold water and line-dried the other shirts; that's what I recommend doing. I found the shirt to be very true to size, but if you plan on machine-washing and drying, you may want to order up a size if you don't like a snug fit. The black is my favorite - it's a deep, rich black that looks pretty darn elegant under a sport jacket. For the price, I think these are a great value and excellent quality. ... show more

The size of the shirt was OK but the material was a little thicker than I expected, and it also feels a little cheap. The colors also don't match their pictures very well. I ordered the black shirt with the green trimmings. In the picture the green looks like a seafoam green, but in reality it's more of a forest green. Also, note that the shirt labeled "black" actually looks deceptively blue in some of the picture, so be careful when ordering. ... show more

I'm 6'4" / 190lbs and my typical size is XL, so I ordered XL. I can confirm that this shirt is true to your regular size and it has a nice cut that makes you look good. Quite often shirts are too wide around my waist but this one looks great if you have a slim physique! Quality appears to be good, nice material with enough thickness to feel substantial. I was searching and shopping for clothing made of rayon. Somehow Amazon still showed me clothing that was NOT made with ANY rayon WHATSOEVER! This shirt is close to or is 100% cotton. Cotton is rotten; it shrinks and wrinkles up when washed in every temperature, requiring the use of an iron before you could possibly wear this shirt! I HATE cotton clothing, and I am FURIOUS that Amazon's search engine is TERRIBLE for allowing me to search for "+rayon" which means the word "rayon" MUST appear in 100% of every search result. If that is not true, shame on Amazon! I will be returning this crappy shirt, along with other similar crap clothing that Amazon allowed to appear in my search results! I will continue to RETURN EVERYTHING that is not properly filtered by Amazon's search engine algorithms. ... show more
