I love the shape and simplicity of this light. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the color is not as gold as I expected. The gold is flecked with brown and makes the whole fixture appear an aged brass.

I love the shape of this chandelier. It is a modern take on the classics. The size is perfect for over my stairs and it gives off plenty of light. My only buyer beware is that the color is a VERY rubbed brass. It definitely had a lot more brown in it than I expected. I still would recommend it though. ... show more

Works perfectly and a nice simple chandelier! As others said, the color is a brass gold with brown specks in it. I did not really like it, so I easily used Rub n Buff in antique gold to achieve the true gold color I wanted without the brown specks. Worked perfectly!
