I bought this shirt as an early Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He absolutely loved this shirt as he has a hard time finding shirts that fit him the way that he likes. He has a muscular build and likes slim fitting shirts because they fit better. Note: I have not washed the shirt yet, so I can't tell how wrinkle free it is or if the color fades fast. Will update the review if needed. Intended for casual wear at work, matched with tan chinos. Colors: The shirt is named "acid blue", but instead looks like a light green. Not blue at all. The color is vibrant and looks great with the yellow pattern. I intended to buy more in different colors, but now I am unsure what they will actually look like. The fabric feels a bit stiff (new). The different fabric on the inside of the collar is a nice touch. The collar has a great shape, size, and structure. The shirt quality is not too bad. I would say it isn't the most comfortable but then again I didn't really get to wash it so I am unsure how it will feel after. The color is also nice, not too glossy but not too faded either. The sizing for me was strange. If I go by Express sizing, I normally get a small (slim fit or extra slim fit 1mx series)(I am 5'6 and 150 IBS with the body type of someone who goes to the gym but also eats dessert) but since everyone was saying the shirts are too small, I got a medium to compensate. The measurements they have listed are clear so this is my fault I suppose but the shirt ended up being far too lose. I would say it isn't really "slim fit" at all. Cool designs but for the headache of figuring the right size, it isn't worth a second purchase. ... show more

I ordered a size large originally. It fit great around the midsection but the sleeves were a bit short. Also, one of the buttons was broken, which was frustrating but not too big of a deal since a spare was also provided with the shirt. In any case, I requested a return/exchange for the next size up. Localmode told me that they'd send me an XL for no charge and that I could just keep the large that I already had. Now my dad is wearing the large (it fits him great) and I'm wearing the new XL, which fits me great and came with all buttons intact . Localmode's customer service dept is a bit rough around the edges with their English, but they are incredibly kind, generous and accommodating. I would definitely buy from them again. This is the best quality slim-fit shirt I’ve found on Amazon, much better than my previous “Goodthreads” (Amazon) favorite. The shirt fits and looks great. I bought a size “L”, which was perfect for me in sleeve length, neck, chest, and shoulders. I typically buy 33/34” sleeve and 16.5” neck. I’ve got a 33” waist and wear a size 40R sport coat. LocalModes’ size chart is unusual, apparently measuring arm length different from standard U.S. measurement points. The material is really nice, has a bit of a sheen, and is slightly thicker and stiffer than cheaper alternatives. LocalModes just needs to hire a good English translator to improve their online copy. ... show more

A lot of people said this thing runs small but honestly its EXACTLY as described... I think people just generally think they are skinnier than they really are lol. Get what your size ACTUALLY is, don't size up based on what people say here. I'm 220 lbs and 5'11" and I got XL. I normally wear XL everything but this... really its plenty of room, I think if I had ordered large I could have even fit that okay, maybe then it would have been tight. i like that they are 100% cotton and feel nice on the skin ( not irritating like some shirts ) i ordered a Small and i mark them as some what small do to fact as these style of shirts *should* be tucked in but the length of the shirt is just a inch to short and rides up if i need to reach up high thus the back coming untucked. i wear dress shirt sizes neck:14.5 sleeve:32/33 and the length unrolled are just right if i wanted to wear as such. I do have to mention that i was sad that THE PATTERN ON THE INSIDE OF THE CUFF DOES ^NOT^ RUN THE LENGTH OF THE SLEEVE so if you want to roll these up nicely such as i did you will be disappointed too (i do not like having the excess fabric lose on my upper arm as it looks some what unprofessional/clean). i will not be returning this shirt as i do think for the price point it is a nice shirt and versatile (sleeves pushed up or let down). i had to rate them a 4/5 do to the pattern not running the full length of the inside sleeve and the shirt length being a bit short. on the short notice there is a strong scent to the shirt on opening but a wash fixed that ... show more
