Okay, let me first say that I think the mirrors are of good quality and exactly what we needed but the mirrors are not my complaint. My complaint is dealing with a company from China. I’m going through a master bathroom remodel and we needed two mirrors for our new vanity. At first we were convinced that the size we needed was 22x30. Also, I saw were I could save some money by buying directly from the manufacturer, which I did. Well, now is were the problem starts. My contractor said we had to have a 20x30 mirrors in order to fit the space. LOAAO’s website didn’t list an available 20x30 but their site on Amazon did (go figure). So I decided to order the two from Amazon and return the other two to LOAAO. Well, you really can’t call them because of them being in China but I could email them. After going back and forth with a few emails (couldn’t understand what they were trying to say a lot of times) I finally understood them to say that I can return the mirrors to a California warehouse but I pay the shipping, which I understand, and in addition to that, I have to pay them $25x2 from the refund. That means that my $96.88 purchase less the $50 would leave me with $46.88. Guess what? The shipping to California would be more than that so basically I’d be paying them to return the mirrors. Long story short, I’m going to keep the mirrors and maybe donate them. I understand it was my error with the measurements but it was so difficult working with the company from China. The moral of the story is, buy from Amazon! Much easier to return items. UPDATE - 4/4/2024 I have to change my rating to 5 STARS. My reason for the new rating is because after the contractor installed the 2 mirrors I was simply amazed at how well these mirrors are constructed. They are very sturdy and are much aligned to the newer style mirrors out there. They really complimented the decor of our remodeled master bathroom. My contractor was impressed as well and was very pleased with the clips used to hang them. I have to say that after my initial issues, the end result was very favorable and I have to say that I would recommend to anyone looking for this style mirror, that they should look at purchasing them from Amazon (make sure you have the right size). Super easy to hang and sat flush on the wall. I threw down a command strip on the bottom just to keep it from being able to be lifted. Looks amazing and clear. Is also packaged incredibly well so not a single defect from shipping.

I had trouble with the screws and the anchors for the screws. Followed directions but when placing the screw in the anchor the screw turned around and around in the sheet rock and we could never tighten. Also left large holes in our freshly painted wall. Took down the plate and had to move to a new location yet make sure we covered the first holes with the mirror. This time I did not use gray anchors. Crossing my fingers that the plate does not slide down again which made the left hang lower at the top than the right side. ... show more

It is nice quality and very substantial. The style goes nicely with the cabin decor. It was very easy to install. Just level and attach bracket to the wall and hang the mirror. Its very secure and holds in place nicely.
