One unit was missing the battery connection (the positive/negative connection plate/spring). I tried to find a contact number for customer service but was pointed back to Amazon. One unit worked, it appears to be in good working order and I think the kids will enjoy. I simply returned the defective item and reordered. I will say that delivery time is amazing (next day)! Works well on vinyl floors and even concrete. Must be careful not to step on fully as I do think the plastic parts could easily break down. ... show more

This is a cool idea and a neat toy, but the "bumper" is made of a styrofoam-like material that my dog chewed up easily. It also is easy for her to pick it up and carry it away. It seems like chewing up the bumper threw off the weight of the disc and it doesn't slide around quite as well now. At almost $20 it's not really a throw-away toy for us, so it might be worth it to try to find a replacement material that's more durable. ... show more

We purchased the two pack for our grandsons to play with. The toy is a lot of fun. The toys cushions are easy on the interior house walls and house furniture. One of the machines in the two pack did not operate as it was supposed to. The hovering fan unit was hitting the frame and making an extremely loud noise and not hovering.
