Iv bought easily 6 pair of this product they are awsome but they made them cheaper the recoil on the last 2 (pairs) failed in the first week of use I still keep using it till the line rust then I change it its starting to get expensive to replace I don't need it to last for ever but at least half a year each heck Evan half a year for both.... ... show more

When I removed product from the ground lifting up on the steak the product broke it no longer retracts I have been messaging the company since the first of September and I bought the product July 18th so not even 6 weeks and it's broke the company will not return an email

We even sized up (our dogs are 55 lbs) and these bent the first weekend camping. One bent in the top when a dog dropped a heavy bone on it which prevented the line from retracting. The other one got bent at the base from one dog pulling hard. Not durable at all and was done by end of day 2
