I love this cane. I love purple and figure if I have to have a cane to walk with, I might as well have a pretty one. I got the first one and have been using it for about 2 months. I love the color, but I really like the sturdiness of this cane. For the price, this cane comes with a elastic "handle" to use to hang over your arm when you need to (like having to use both hands to get mail out of the mailbox). Plus it has a very nice rubber tip on the end. Some lower priced canes do not give you the extra handle and use a low quality tip that will slide. I usually have to replace tips on canes I buy. This one came with the nice heavy duty one so I do not have to replace it. I am a large woman at @ 300lb. I put a lot of stress on my canes and use them all the time, in my house as well as when I go out. I also like the plastic handle on this cane. Wooden handles tend to chip and splinter. The plastic handle keeps looking good and it feels nice in my hand when I grip it. Also the plastic handle does not show scrapes on the walls in my home when I sit the cane against a wall as I do things. I have found wooden handle canes leave marks on my walls as I sit them in a corner etc. when I go about doing my work. I would buy this again.....gee I have already! ... show more

I purchased this cane and one from Fashionable Canes. I received this one first and was very pleased with the look and feel as well as quality of the came itself. The other which I paid 2xs as much, shipping 2xs, was cheap plastic and bent with little pressure. I would buy this cane again and again. Bought it to help me when my bones and muscles rebel. Though it can be folded it has never bent or buckled, the handle is sturdy, and the rubber foot has never shifted or shown signs of detaching no matter what I put it through. The adjustable height options are great to have so you can get just the right height for a good posture. The nice design options are a fun plus for an excellent price. I’m recovering from an accident, I fell from the second floor of the parking garage at my job. It’s been about a year, I’m also a type 1 diabetic, so healing is slow. I went out of town to San Antonio and Natural Bridge Caverns. I am so glad that I took my gut instinct and ordered one before my trip. Walking down the street was excruciating and climbing in the caverns was almost impossible if it wasn’t for this little guy. It was my first time being that active since I fell. I realized that I haven’t fully healed, and although I pushed myself, it would not have been possible without the help of this walking stick. I’m not tiny so it really helped me to lean on it for support and it did it’s job! Lol I may get another one just in case and I highly recommend getting this if you need one to walk or to fold it up and put it in your tote or backpack in case you need it for support. It was very easy to fold and I was surprised of the sturdiness for the price. It’s made of strong material for sure! I felt confident to have it with me that I was able to finish the trail in the caverns and lean on it for support and not pass out lol ... show more
