It’s a piece of fabric with a rug design printed on it. It’s not a weaved rug. It does have some cushion but if you’re putting it on tile or wood floors it would need to be taped down because it slides and the edges roll up.

This is not a rug. More like a large pad for a baby's crib. Colors are not as pictured. Not going to return it because I'm going to fold it up and let my pot belly pig sleep on it. Could not be more disappointed.
