Absolutely horrible to try and get connected. If u buy this watch, don’t try to connect it to any other network, just get the “SpeedTalk” pre-paid SIM card. I saw in questions that it could connect to AT&T so we tried (because that’s our normal carrier) and spent hours on the phone and multiple visits to the AT&T store. First they said the watch’s IMEI # was registered as a phone, not a watch, so that was the problem. So they applied to change that. Then they finally said it couldn’t work on their network. The worst thing is it’s such an “off-brand” that there no info or support. Once we got the speed talk SIM it finally worked. Not an amazing watch, the battery life dies pretty quick, but other than that it’s ok for a kids “first phone” where they don’t need to do much besides call/text. My son does like it in general. I just wish there was a better option for an entry/kids smart watch in the same price category. ... show more

Not all the apps in the watch work. I added service to the watch and it doesn’t detect location with the SOS alarm, i can’t call the watch or call through the watch. The only thing I can do with it is Videocall but sometimes it doesn’t work. Look elsewhere. I did add a plan and I didn’t get the cheap one because I wanted to make sure I could be in contact with my kids but no, this was a waste of money. ... show more

I ordered the sim card that was suggested be ordered for this watch - It did not work, It could not be activated, not by my phone service, not by the SIM card company. The watch company confirmed that once the watch was activated it would only work for 3 contacts not the number advertised. Totally unhappy with this watch, I worked on getting this watch activated for hours on hours on different days because it was a Christmas gift for my little one from her GREAT Grandmother. I hated the fact that I had to call her after working on this for over a month to tell her this piece, hmmm electronics did not work can you still get your money back?" Not sure where to start. The camera doesn’t work. The battery life has a very short life span, 24 hrs is pushing it. I’m lucky if it stays charged a half day. Not a huge fan of the mobile app either. Some of the settings work and others have a mind of it’s own. All in all I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend buying it. We were pleased with watch until it got wet. It is not water resistant or water proof. Contact with company , LOL. Run around with Amazon and manufacturer that is in China. But it was a lesson learned dealing with Amazon. Hope the bridge stays put as well as the yacht.

I was late in checking with the service provider, however when I called AT&T and gave the IMEI number, customer care support mentioned that this device is not supported. Now, I can not return this devise and basically it is useless for me as I wanted to give this to my daughter so that she can use it and talk to us if needed.
