Pros- kids like the calling video feature. Charging and set up was not hard. Cons- you do have to buy a micro Sim card for the watch and download app on your phone which incurs an extra cost per month to add to your current cell bill. We bought 2 watchs for our boys, one watch was able to download games, the other watch no games are downloaded yet. The video talk is dark. The parent app has too many ads that you can accidently click on. And to get rid of ads, you have to pay :( I'm on the fence of recommending the watch when there's others that have but not tried that come with Sim cards and ready to go at a more pricey range. ... show more

The watch camera is great the video calling feature is good when and if it works hence 2 stars for that The app is full of ads… it isn’t user friendly It gives very inaccurate location… the games are good but the main purpose was to be able to keep track of kids when they aren’t around me… they are going back… if your purpose is tracking, and keeping in touch with kids invest somewhere else because this won’t work for that!!! Also the kids can’t send written messages it has to be a voice message which I thought was annoying… only for camera and games it’s good… ... show more

The watch a nice....The app is HORRIBLE AND NOT ACCURATE.I used the tracker to see if it worked and the app sent me to the highway ..Keep in mind,I was holding the watch😒...It did not work well and a waste of money

1 star is for the elegant look this costly toy has. Installed SIM as instructed. Not working. No proper instruction to check SIM status or activate. It is a piece of junk.. Also I can looking for customer support to not disappoint my daughter as I bought this as her birthday present..DO NOT BUY.

A great watch, looks like it will work with every L4 network.Doing it’s job, and it works as expected The kids have it for 2 weeks and it just proving ease of mind. PS 95% give a 2 meter direct location. When ask manually it’s always precise with auto update it seems that sometimes it going from GPS to cellar location (which is less precise) ... show more
