Bought this for my niece. She had it for 2 days and the hamster started going backwards only. Contacted the company and we were able to exchange it with no difficulty. She absolutely loves this toy and I would definitely recommend it.

We got this bad boy because our 7yr old wanted a real hamster and we don't have the time to maintain one rightnow. She was hesitant at first saying "This isn't what I wanted" but after interacting with it, she grew to love it. It makes cute noises and is just as rambunctious as the real thing. Our grandson loved the cage and hamster! So cute! The bad news is the hamster only worked one evening. This was a Christmas gift😩 so very disappointing. We ordered new batteries so am hoping this fixes it. I will update my review after trying new batteries.
