    The ladder measures up to all that is advertised. It is well constructed, sturdy, easy to use and is very versatile. The only disappointing item is poor packaging. It did not protect it from shipping damage resulting in cosmetic damage to the leveling release latch. The damage does not interfere with operation so it does not warrant a return. However, I recommend packaging be reengineered to prevent shipping damage on future shipments. ... show more
