I bought this for a surprise for a friends Birthday today who loves cow print. I had to put it up last night and it was a complete disaster. The letters simply do NOT stay on the ribbon as you are trying to put it up!! So as you are going along trying to put it up, the letters are just falling off!! It was more than irritating!! You'd put one back on, and another one would fall off! I literally had to sit down with scotch tape and tape the closure on each letter (both sides) to prevent them from falling off the ribbon!!
