This is the first time I've bought in the lavender scent but I've used the original and I works like a charm. Just got done with a week long trip and never had any smell in the RV. We've tried probably 6 other types of black tank treatments and none of them ever digested or kept the smell away. Usually by day three, we had to dump because of odor when flushing. I purchased the Lavender scent for the first time. I don't think it has the odor control that the Citrus has. Don't get me wrong, I love this product for the effectiveness of its ability to breakdown waste. I just feel that the Citrus has better odor control in the August heat.
