I was skeptical about buying a sofa online but I am actually surprised it came out so well. It took a few hours to setup. There were no directions in the boxes but I was able to figure it out. Overall it's pretty comfortable. The back and seat cushions are on the more firm side but not so much that I would be uncomfortable in sleeping on it. The packaging was pretty clean. They lined the inside with a clean sleeve to protect the pieces. Cushions were vac sealed and crammed inside and was a bit hard to pull out. If you live in a small apartment and have an entry way that is difficult to get furniture into, this is a great option. My entry way has a hard turn at the door so I was limited in what furniture I could get up stairs and through the door. Assembly took about 20 minutes per section. 7 boxes, about 40 to 50 pounds. I like that you can take the covers off on all of the pieces. Makes cleaning and repairs a lot easier if needed. For the cost, it's a lot better than the sofas I have looked at in IKEA. ... show more

Really love the way this couch turned out! I am 105 lbs and 5ft tall and I was able to assemble it myself in a couple hours. Certainly wouldn't hurt to have another set of hands, but it's absolutely doable solo. The only thing is...is it missing a piece? It's unclear to me if there should be an additional armrest or chair back in the corner. I could have taken the arm rest from the right hand side and put it there, but that made it look incomplete. As you can see by the third photo, it's nothing that some throw pillows couldn't fix, but it just seems like there should be one additional piece! My home office/man cave/gym is in the bonus room over our garage. It's a nice, big space, but with a tiny door to get things up to it. Prior to this sofa, all we could get in was a loveseat. and that was a struggle. But this brilliant design made getting a sectional sofa into the room I spend 8-10 hours a day in, so for that, I am grateful. TBH, this sofa is like a 4/10 on the comfort scale, but it looks nice and it serves a purpose. I would definitely buy it again, but only for situations where I have no other choice due to space issues, i.e., I would not buy it for my living room. Was not able to get standard pull out sofa bed due to small narrow door way. Glad I found these. Very easy to put together didn't need instructions they are self explanatory to put together. The video online also explain the instructions. Very comfortable. Best thing these are not bulky. My living room looks way bigger and I got more space because last couches were bigger and bulkier. I would recommend. After a day or two the foam is fully expanded. The amount of storage it has a plus plus. Had them for a couple of weeks. Zero complaints. Love them. ... show more

This is the first couch we’ve gotten like this. The storage is great and we love changing it up whenever we feel like it. The color isn’t as grey as I thought it’d be but the cushion covers can be changed. It’s pretty comfy to sit on and love the option to add more to it.
