I just bought this napkin holder, to use with this napkin holder: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B79LKMGW The napkins were slightly too large out of the package for the holder, but a wash cycle in hot water and a dry cycle on hot shrank them just enough to fit perfectly, and also left the fabric wonderfully soft. I'd recommend the combination of napkins and napkin holder to anyone looking to solve three problems: 1. Avoid disposables for environmental reasons 2. Save money and time by simply throwing them in the wash with your towels, rather than constantly buying disposables and 3. Have a plan to deal with the random supply chain shortages that the combination of pandemic and the war in Ukraine seems to be causing for all sorts of odd stuff. The combination of a burgundy fabric tablecloth, the ivory napkins, and the black metal napkin holder is utterly gorgeous. And very low-maintenance, everything just gets popped in the washer and dryer, rather than chasing down fallen, wadded paper napkins, or trying to wipe up a vinyl table cloth. ... show more

I bought these napkins so I could stop using paper napkins. At first glance, they are lovely and just what I expected. However, the fabric is extremely inflexible and stiff!! I washed and dried them on “Hot” settings to try and soften them up. It helped somewhat but they came out of the dryer very creased and wrinkly.
