They were a little melted because it's hot here in Texas, but I just pop them in the fridge and it's not an issue. These came shrinkwrapped in a nice box and were absolutely delicious. I would order them over and over again. They're one of my favorite chocolate brands.

I was worried i would receive these melted but they were sent in a box with a large disposable icepack which kept everything cool. These were very enjoyable and thought they were pretty good for the price.

I was worried about buying this big thing of chocolate in summer. But it came, unmelted, still cool with a melted "ice" pack. It was even sitting on our porch for about an hour or two in ~85F weather, but not in direct sunlight. Very happy with that. I love this chocolate, but I've been burned buying them in stores where the chocolate had obviously melted in transit/at some point. This is my favorite chocolate treat. I have 2-3 pieces daily. Never tire of the taste or texture. HOWEVER, this will melt if shipping in hot weather. My last order in late May was a disappointment. I enjoyed the candy, but the melting issue means I cannot offer it to guests.
