I didn't have time to return it before the party, so we made do with it, but I was so incredibly disappointed. Update: Sustomer service reached out to me after reading my review and was amazing! They sent me a replacement item and it arrived the very next day! I really do love this cold serving tray. It is prefect for fruits or any other food items that may need to be kept cold. It comes with a few tongs, bags for ice, and even sporks for serving. I LOVE that it has a lid that really opens and closes. This replacement item seems extremely durable... but anything can happen during shipping. That is outside of their control. Their customer service alone deserves 5 stars. Don't hesitate to purchase! The actual product works well to keep your food cold. The problem is with the included utensils. A few of them keep folding. They don’t lock in place. Not really necessary to include these, it would save on the cost.

High quality almost commercial grade, these bowls will be used by the pool. Plenty of room underside for ice to keep dips cold. Hard plastic bowls under stainless, all seperate. Sturdy lids all round an excellent find. I'd buy again.

I had a taco party at my house and this serving tray was able to keep all of my items cold. Each tray was a perfect size to sort my taco toppings. The durability and the cost is great. I will have more taco parties in the future and will use this product many times again

Bought this for a party and it arrived with a huge crack by the handle. Which is odd because it was packaged very securely with bubble wrap. Luckily I was able to order a replacement in time so I guess keep that in mind. I like the clean look of it. The only downside was that I wasn’t able to fit much ice below the containers to keep the food cold. Maybe crunchy ice would work better? ... show more
