These ornaments are very well made and, though are glass, so you have to be careful, are not fragile as others I had seen and read reviews from Amazon buyers. They were very well packaged in a partitioned box, each individually wrapped with a bubble wrap sleeve. I bought two boxes, so a total of 48 ornaments, and not ones was cracked or crushed. I was very happy with this purchase. Though we didn't do this in class, they do have a narrower neck if you wish to fill them, so keep that in mind. Some I saw on Amazon had a wider neck hole, which would make them easier to fill. For my purposes, this didn't matter and these were perfect in every way. ... show more

I wish I had checked ALL the ornaments before I started using them. The first 2 I used to paint on were fine but after that EVERY ornament has flecks of glass fragments, are wavy and spots on both sides of the ornament. I can NOT use any of the remainder of the ornaments due to the flaws in the glass. DO NOT BUY from the vendor. It is a total waste of money. ... show more

Many of the ornaments were broken. The opening at the top of the ornaments were so misshaped that they could not be filled with the items that should have been able to be placed in them.

    • Nice ornaments, not good packaging
I was looking for this size and shape ornament for some memorial gifts I was working on. These turned out to be the perfect size, and are easy to open/close to insert contents like sand or sequins or feathers (keep in mind that the hole is not very big!). My only issue with these ornaments is that they are absolutely NOT shatterproof, and are not packaged in a way that protects them from damage. Of the 24 pieces I expected, only 16 of them were useable (several had very noticable cracks or damage, and 6 of them were completely shattered upon arrival). ... show more

These are very cheaply made. The openings are barely open and mostly enclosed with glass making them near impossible to use for crafts. I don't recommend purchasing for craft use.
