This is absolutely my favorite salt. The grains are large so it’s better suited as an ingredient rather than a seasoning like iodized table salt. It’s got a wonderful flavor reminiscent of the sea, which is fitting since it is sea salt. It’s got some moisture to is which I assume is what adds to the flavor I mentioned. I really like the taste and texture of this salt. And I’ve been putting it on my water and I have definitely feel the health benefits. I thought the bag wasn’t going to last a long time but it last a good decent amount. I’ve bought multiple times now.

I often just take a grain of salt and dissolve under my tongue to boost my mineral intake. This is great salt. It’s pricey but I don’t use for all my cooking for that reason. I also use Redmonds real salt .

This salt is very tasty. I have used a pinch of it in my coffee when it is brewing (takes the bitterness out) and also used it on top of breakfast food. A friend of mine used in on their caramel dessert and it was amazing. Highly recommend this high-quality salt!
