This is the original medical grade product. I have purchased knockoffs from Amazon and they are not as good. They require you to pull up after pushing down to get enough section. This original tells you to pull up, but it is not necessary to get enough suction. This version will save a life without putting it at risk. The media could not be loaded. My husband and I purchased the LIFEVAC for our daughters after seeing videos on social media of children choking and parents have no way of helping them. He purchased a LIFEVAC because of the reviews it had, the quality, and portability of the kit. Plus the addition of an adult mask and an infant mask for our little girls. We ended up purchasing multiple kits to have at the grandparent’s house and at school. The kit is small and bright that it can be placed within reach. This is one piece of equipment I hope I never will have to need, but I have peace of mind, knowing that it’s available if I ever should need it.
