I have bought enough 3of these. I have one at my house one at my baby sitters house and one in my car. I obviously haven't used any of them and I hope I never have to but all 3 came on time and in an undamaged state. I enjoy the carrying case that keeps it all together so in an emergency I can just grab it. It give me comfortable just knowing that I have it and it might help save my kids life one day. take peace in knowing that i have something for a last ditch effort and that if I ever needed it as a last resort it would be just that. A panicked run for your life try everything moment. However I do wish it was more reasonable price not only cause I've bought 3 but so that the lower income parents can buy one as well ... show more

I choke on food a lot due to having a webbed esophagus. I haven't had to use this yet, but I take it with me everywhere...to work, out to dinner, in the car...anywhere I might be eating something. I've had a couple of really close calls that scared me enough to buy one of these. It gives me peace of mind that if I do choke, someone will be able to rescue me and not have to wait for an ambulance or EMTs to get there. Every parent should have this, it saved my 12 month olds life last night. He got ahold of a piece of cat food and inhaled it. Immediately stopped breathing, turned pale and blue. My husband administered the back blows like we were taught, but it wasn’t coming out.
