Very comfortable and as pictured. True to size. The only downside that I noticed it that the soles on the front (not the heel) are a little thin, which for most people probably won’t be a problem or even noticeable. I only noticed this because I live in an area that throws down a lot of gravel during winter to give traction while walking in the ice/snow, and it is a little uncomfortable to walk on the gravel in these shoes.     • USED BOOTS *AND* NOT SIZE AS MARKED!

The media could not be loaded. When these boots arrived, they were wrapped and used, clear plastic, not in a shoebox, with a sticker slapped on the outside of the plastic. The soles of the boots had lint and animal fur, stuck to them, as if they had been worn. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE— the boots were marked as a ladies, size 11, but there is no way that is correct. These were smaller than a lady size 10! I guess it’s my own fault for ordering a pair of shoes that were designed for, and made by Chinese hands and feet. Asian sizes run much smaller than American/European/Canadian sizes. Do not be fooled! Do not order these! Requesting a refund in full for product that is clearly not what was as described, but also, that was used! I will NEVER use used shoes undergarments, and am VERY DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED That now I had no shoes to wear for Easter Sunday. ... show more
