This really does work but as other reviewer's have said be prepared to cough up a lot of phlegm (mucus), which is how it works to clear your respiratory system so you can breath well, it is a natural supplement unlike something similar like Mucinex which is not as safe or healthy for you and everyone knows rises your blood pressure as well, so Lung Capaci-T is a better safer alternative to take if you are ok with coughing up a lot of phlegm at first and it does really work but it does not help with your nasal passages so if your needing that as well I would recommend the Breath X by the same brand Life Seasons which I use and it works great for that for me. ... show more

I've been using this for a little over a month and have not noticed any remarkable changed in breathing or endurance... It has not helped to loosen congestion nor has it opened airways. Jan.2020 Well, it does take time to work but I've found that this in conjunction with "Breathe" supplement has worked very well. Reordering as we speak :) ... show more

This supplement has been taken for several weeks now and seem to be effective. It may be helping in improving the subtle somatic feelings I was having in my respiratory, my chest feels calmer and my breathing seem to be improving.

    • Nearly cured my chronic throat clearing
Since this one cold I got when I was like 12, I’ve constantly had to clear my throat almost every 15 minutes. Not loud enough for anyone to really here but just a slight grumble. I noticed after taking the supplement that my throat was consistently clear!

    • Stopped the morning cough
I am a smoker. I had a really bad cough in the morning. After taking Lung apace-T for about a week, I noticed a big difference in my morning cough. I will continue to take this product. Hopefully one day soon I will stop smoking and this product will help heal the damage that I’ve already done.
