They delivered it to my house in just a couple days. The set up was so easy. I literally just filled it up with my hose and plugged it in once it was full enough since I was just using hose Water it took a couple days for it to warm up enough to get into. I’ve had it for about a month now and use it every day. It’s deeper than any of the other hot tubs that I’ve been in. The Jets work great, and there are actually three different styles of jets, depending on which seat you are sitting in. Two of the seats have adjustable jets. I love how many different settings there are for the lights on it as well, by tapping and holding the button for different length of time there’s actually a lot more settings then what I initially thought. I normally have it set to 104°, but sometimes I’ll Turn it down into the 90s so the kids can play in it. I was a little nervous about what the electric bill might be and I actually didn’t notice much difference. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I’ve been in a lot of different hot tubs that are way more expensive like two and three times the price and I definitely like this one the best. If you have four people in it, the legroom does seem crowded but that’s actually any four person hot tub that I’ve been in lol. It’s very sturdy, Looks great and works great. Cheers! ... show more

Great hottub for the price! Easily fits 4 people and comes ready to plug in and fill. We run it year round and it holds heat even when it’s below zero outside. No leaks no problems pure comfort. Filter is easy to replace and keep an eye on. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

Bought a two person spa from another online outdoor furniture company. (Wfare) What hell. First one arrived within a week then motor blew up. Returned. Next one said to arrive 3 months later. 3rd month arrived and delivery was extended to the next month. Ridiculous. Cancelled order. Found this 4 person spa for same price; No Ozone, No two speed pump with heater. Bare bones. If you ask me, it's less parts to fail. Came within a week. Filled it up, plugged it in and adjusted the chemicals. Took a bit over 12 hours to heat up. I don't care; it works and I'm so friggin happy:))) haha Update ; 11 months in and it works great. Adding 3mls of activated Chlorine Dioxide twice a week, It reads like chlorine and kills biofilm in the tub and parasites in the body. This is the best thing since buttered bread! This is a work horse! Using it during the winter with minimal electricity use. Just keep the lid on it... It's pretty cool watching the rain under a covered umbrella in the steamy hot tub. My wife and I purchased an inflatable hot tub a few years ago to see if we would actually use it. We enjoyed it but quickly discovered that it was very expensive to operate in the colder New England months. We decided to upgrade to this unit and have had it up and running for about 1 week now. It is even better than we had hoped. Placement - Make sure the spot you pick is level and you have a few people to assist with moving. The dry weigh is around 400lbs. Setup - Extremely easy! Once in place, fill with water. Do not connect the unit to your power source until it's full. Once full, plug it in and set your desired temp. It took around 24 hours to fully heat up. Usage - The controls are very easy: Temp, bubble, circulation, lights. Ours did not include steps, so we bought them separately. Not a must, but they make things easier. The fillter seems easy to remove and clean. The skimmer setup is great for removing debris from the tub. Energy - I've done some intial testing and estimate it will probable cost us around $30/month on average. We do not turn it down, we keep it at the desired temp all of the time so it's ready to use. We could probably trim the operating cost down if we lowered the temp when not using. It's a four person tub, but with four adults it would be a little awkward. With two adults, there is plenty of room. So far, I would say this is a full 5 stars all day long. The cover is well insulated and very easy to remove and re-install. ... show more

This hot tub has changed my life. I get I. Every morning. Relieved stiff joints and muscles. Also enjoying relaxing in the tub after working all day! It stays at 104 degrees. The lights are lively at night and we love the jets. I’m so happy I bought this for myself!
