After my initial review, Joel went above and beyond to rectify the situation by sending flowers and a note to express his concern and apologize for any inconvenience caused. He also has offered to replace the unit and provide a refund. I want to express my appreciation for Joel's efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. I understand that malfunctions can happen, and it's refreshing to see a company that is willing to go the extra mile for its customers. Thank you, LifePro and Joel, for making things right.
