I bought the best gift for son. His uncle even said he loved it. 13yr just jumped on it. After about 5min, he was a pro. He turned, swirl and it was fantastic! Its a smooth ride. I know because me and husband got on it. The colors are to awesome. I just smile when someone is on it. The colors capture your eyes. It has a green battery icon to let you know its charge. Ok. So is heavy duty. But I'm VERY upset that they have FALSE advertising! This product is listed arms sold as a hover board that can handle up to 264 lbs as you can see in the pictures. It also states that it will ONLY take 2-3hours to get to a FULL charge. BUT as you can see in the users manual the hover board they gave me has a weight limit of 200 lbs and takes 4-5hours to charge! So even though they look the same apparently they sent me a lesser version! I'm very disappointed. I'll change my post IF they fix this issue. But as of right now I did NOT get what I paid for! Buyer beware! CHECK the ratings in the manual! So angry! ... show more

Great quality, battery seems to last for hours, and the addition of the speakers and lights makes it even better! ***UPDATE*** ZERO STARS IF I COULD! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HOVER BOARD FOR ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT. My 10 yr old was thrown from this device after it stopped suddenly without warning! She injured her hands, knees, elbows and hip! We got this hoverboard yesterday. We charged it overnight. My kids were excited to ride it this morning. The battery was dead in less than an hour. They were merely riding around our house, and both of them are less than 100 lbs. I have contacted the seller, but so far I am not satisfied with this hover board. 6 hours to fully charge, and only 45 minutes of fun...not a good deal! ... show more

I’m really disappointed in this hoverboard. I purchased this for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas and it stopped working after 2 months. Won’t charge, won’t power on, won’t do anything. It was working fine the night before. We plugged it in to charge and the next morning it wouldn’t pose on. I reached out to the seller and they advised how to reset the hoverboard but that didn’t help either. Still won’t power on. The seller advised they don’t have any warranty and basically I’m out of luck. What a waste of money, and now my 6 year old is devastated. ... show more
